What is GBU?
GBU is a private, invite-only gay event series hosted in NYC, LA, SF, South Florida, and London — uniting a curated, intentional, and diverse crowd to create dynamic and immersive connections.
What is the GBU door policy?
We are committed to racial and ethnic inclusivity and diversity, and welcome a wide range of male-presenting identities and expressions, including cisgender men, trans men, and non-binary guests of many aesthetics, body types, backgrounds, and energies — all of which contribute to the vibrant and dynamic nature of queer nightlife. For PLATINUM by GBU, we invite a select list of curated hot daddies to join us.
Our events are designed to foster an intentional atmosphere rooted in respect, horniness, and mutual understanding.
Attendance is subject to approval as part of maintaining the overall experience and environment of the event. Admission decisions are never made on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexuality or disability etc.
Recent photos are requested as part of the application process to help us maintain the integrity, safety, and atmosphere of the event.
What is the GBU dress-code?
The GBU dress-code is Jock or Naked only except for GBU STRIPPED, where the dress-code is strictly naked!
Checking your clothes is mandatory.
Depending on the venue, we will provide a bag or a hanger for you to safely check your clothes and belongings into our secure clothes check. You may bring your own backpack to check your clothes in if you wish.
Footwear is mandatory in all GBU venues and socks are encouraged to keep your supplies and tips.
Harnesses, cock rings, cages, caps are all fine however, fetish masks of any kind are not permitted.
What about my phone?
Phones are STRICTLY prohibited at all GBU parties. All cellphones must be checked at clothes-check.
You may however, retrieve your phone during the night if you wish. This must be used only in the clothes-check area.
Wanna exchange your info with other hot guys? We got you — we provide 'We Met At GBU' cards and pens so you don't even need your phone! Old-school ;-)
What are the venues like?
Each of our venues differ slightly but all have a large main social bar area as well as private areas, slings, dark (dim) rooms, beds, couches, and benches.
GBU parties all have complimentary drinks included in the ticket price.
GBU always has a live DJ who typically spins deep techno / sex vibes.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! But your friends will still be subject to our door policy. We strongly suggest they sign up themselves at www.gbuparty.com and submit an invite request in advance.
Can I prep / clean up at the party?
Sure. Our venues have plenty of bathroom space and additional wash stations but they do not have showers.
We recommend prepping before you come to the party!
We sell fleet enemas for $20 (£15 in London) at clothes-check if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
GBU is typically a cash only event however, we have tap-to-pay and advanced online tickets in LA, San Francisco, London & SoFlo.
Remember to bring some cash to put in your sock for tipping your bartenders!!
Do you sell other supplies?
Yes. At clothes-check, we sell poppers, fleet enemas, jock straps and performance pills. ALL $20 (£15 in London).
Lube and condoms are provided free of charge throughout the venue.
How does entry work?
When you arrive at the door, our security will check your ID.
Then you'll pay your admission prior to choosing a wrist band to indicate your preference (for easy socializing!)

Next step, you will be given a bag or a hanger to store your belongings and phone. If you bring a backpack or bag you are welcome to use that. Then hand your belongings into our secure clothes-check.
Do I have to participate?
You can make the GBU experience anything you want it to be. Walk around, drink at the bar, listen to the live DJ, socialize… take the evening at your own pace.
OR you can be a total slut! It's completely up to you.
Are there any other rules?
Smoking or using illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. Poppers are fine.
GBU takes seriously a culture of consent at all times, verbal or non-verbal.
We expect everyone who attends GBU to adhere to the following: RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR · CLEAR COMMUNICATION · ACTIVE CONSENT (consent can be revoked at any time).
We respect your privacy and expect you to be mindful of the confidentiality & discretion of other guests.
Are GBU parties recorded?
No. We never record our events and no cameras, cell phones, or any other recording devices are ever allowed past clothes-check!
